Daily Routine Chart for Kids
Make the next step easy to see. Colorful task cards, hands-on sliders and a board your child can make their own bring everyday routines into one clear, shared place.
A routine to see.
A part to play.
From getting dressed to putting toys away, everyday tasks feel more approachable when everyone can see what comes next. Use the chart to explain the plan together and give your child a simple way to take part.
Show the next step
Illustrations pair with written tasks, creating a visible reminder you can return to throughout the day.
Make completion visible
Move a slider after finishing a task, so your child can see their progress on the board.
Change the plan together
Swap task cards as schedules change, from school mornings to relaxed weekend routines.
Make it feel like theirs
Character stickers and title choices help turn a household checklist into a familiar personal chart.
Your child.
Your kind of routine.
Start with the tasks that matter today. Choose from illustrated activity cards or use the blank cards to add a household-specific step, a favorite activity or a reminder in your own words.
Choose a manageable set
Pick a few relevant tasks together. A short, familiar routine is an easy place to begin.
Arrange the order
Slide the cards into the board and talk through what each picture means and when the task happens.
Try, review & adjust
Use the chart together, then change the cards or order when your family's schedule needs something different.
Finish the task.
Slide to celebrate.
The smooth-sliding buttons turn an ordinary checklist into something children can use with their hands. After a task is complete, moving the slider reveals a clear check mark.
A visible done marker
Each task has its own slider, keeping the action and the progress marker together in the same row.
Cards that slide into place
Change the task inserts when you need a different reminder, without replacing the whole chart.
Ready for the next routine
Reset the sliders together and review which tasks belong on the board for the next day or session.
A favorite character.
A little sense of ownership.
🎨 Let your child help choose the look. The included avatar and title stickers add a playful way to personalize the chart before the first task goes up.
Choose a character together, pick a title and decide on the first few tasks. Those small choices give your child an active role in setting up the routine.
One familiar board.
Different parts of the day.
Use the same visual format for the routines your household repeats most. Select the cards that match your child's age, abilities and responsibilities, then arrange them in a sensible order.

Small responsibilities.
Room to grow.
A visual chart gives you a shared place to talk about the plan. Check in together, notice the effort behind each completed task and adjust the routine when something feels too much.
One task at a time
Explain the next step in simple language and use the picture as a reminder of what you agreed.
Celebrate participation
Notice getting started, asking for help and finishing a task, alongside the check marks on the board.
On the fridge.
Or on the wall.
Choose a place you pass during the routine. Hidden magnets on the back attach the board to a compatible magnetic surface, while the built-in hanging hole gives you a wall-display option.
A shared kitchen reminder
Place it on a suitable refrigerator or other magnetic metal surface where the day's tasks are easy to see.
A dedicated routine spot
Use the rear hanging hole with suitable wall hardware. Have an adult install it securely at an accessible height.
Place it where the next step happens
A bedroom routine corner, a family kitchen or a shared learning space can all work. Keep the position familiar and the cards readable, so checking the chart becomes part of the routine.
Ready to make
the routine your own.
The kit combines a reusable routine board with task cards and personalizing stickers. Start with a small selection of tasks and keep the remaining cards together for future routines.
Start with clarity.
Build it together.
How many activity cards are included?
The detailed product description lists 120 activity cards in total: 108 pre-designed cards and 12 blank cards for custom tasks.
Can I add our own family tasks?
Yes. Use the blank cards for your own wording and slide them into the board alongside the pre-designed cards.
Are the task cards magnetic?
The board has magnets on the back for mounting. The task cards use slide-in slots on the front; they are a separate part of the design.
How does my child mark a task as done?
Move the slider beside the completed task to show the check mark. Reset the sliders together when starting the next routine.
Does it work on every refrigerator?
The magnets need a compatible magnetic surface. Some refrigerator finishes do not attract magnets; use a suitable wall location if needed.
Can a child use it before reading confidently?
The cards pair text with pictures. Review the pictures and tasks together so your child understands what each step means, and provide help as needed.
Do we have to fill all 10 rows?
No. Begin with the number of tasks that fits your routine. Add or swap cards as the plan becomes familiar or your schedule changes.
Can we reuse the board for different routines?
Yes. Swap the inserts and reset the sliders for another day or a different part of the day. Keep spare cards and stickers together so they are easy to find.
A little more clarity.
A little more “I can.”
💜 Create a routine you can see, share and celebrate. Start small, make it personal and build from there.
